  • Extensive BPO experience as project leader for training teams and transferring process of accounts payables, monthly book-keeping, EOY accounts preparation and tax return preparation for clients based in USA and New Zealand.
  • CPA (USA) and member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
  • Chartered Global Management Accountant ( CGMA)
  • Past member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India( surrendered membership since no longer active in India)
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree in advance accounting & audit.

  • 5 years with Price Waterhouse Coopers – before starting on his own
  • Extensive experience in Accounting, Financial Advisory and Corporate Law matters including 15 years BPO experience
  • Solid experience working with accounting firms, property management companies, small and medium enterprises in USA, Canada & New Zealand.
  • CA (Chartered Accountant – India) – Fellow member of “The Institute of Chartered Accountants” (India)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with advance accounting & audit”, and is a certified Information Systems Auditor.
  • Active in sports mainly Badminton and represented as an official for Olympics and International tournaments for over 20 years

  • Manages Pune delivery centre.
  • Leads a focus group to handle accounting firms, property management companies, small and medium enterprises, IFRS Conversions in UK, USA and New Zealand.
  • 36 years’ experience with accounting and auditing firms.
  • 21 years’ experience with BPO industry.
  • Previous experience in various capacities including 10 years as Audit manager in Price Waterhouse Coopers & 5 years as Group financial controller for a private company in Kenya & Uganda, (East Africa).
  • Barve received his Intermediate in CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree in advance accounting and audit.
  • Enjoys visiting historical places and listening to Indian classical music.
